We recently gained revised planning approval for the demolition of an existing private detached bungalow and the erection of a new private two storey four bed detached dwelling.

We have recently gained planning & building regulations approval for a change of use from a private detached house into a 7 bedroom children’s home in Hampstead Norrys. The property is currently being converted and will host young people from 11 to 16 years of age. The children will travel to schools at New Barn

Planning permission has been granted following a lengthy planning journey. The scheme originally gained approval at pre-app consultation but was subsequently refused during a full planning application. The refusal was overturned at appeal.
