It is possible that the proposal falls within Permitted Development Rights, in which case you are ready to start the next step. If you do need Planning Permission, we can advise you and assist you putting forward a proposal that is very likely to be approved.

Next, we can help you source a suitable builder out of our trusted contacts and give you feedback on their prices. Do you offer architectural services for residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We offer these services for any size extensions, remodelling, or conversions – it all depends on your needs and your budget.
What if I only need Planning drawings?
How much involvement and support your require from us it is up to you. We will be able to assist you from concept to handover, but if you only wish to use our services for a Planning Application or to gain Building Control consent we are able to offer reduced services to suit your needs.
I don’t know if I have enough funds to build an extension. Can Axis advise?
We are not Quantity Surveyors, but we can still offer you a good idea of what budget you need to build your brief. If your budget is not sufficient, we can still help you achieve a compromised vision to meet your budget. The best approach is to contact us and ask for our help. We do this day in and day out and we are here to answer your questions.
